The 2023 one-year volunteer training class graduated from Zhongnan Theological Seminary with a commission service and commencement ceremony.

From January 8 to 10, Rev. Zhu Zhiguo, chairman of the Hubei Provincial CC&TSPM and president of the seminary, presided over the commission service in a question-and-answer manner, reported the CCC&TSPM. The pastorate hosted the laying-on of hands ceremony and wore crosses for them with blessings and prayers.

Rev. Wu Huifang, the head teacher of the volunteer class, preached on “Life Glorify God” based on 1 Peter Chapter 4 Verses 7–11, exhorting the students to be alert and of sober mind so that they may pray and love one another.

Rev. Li Li, deputy director general of the provincial TPSM and vice president of the seminary, delivered a themed sermon, “Be a Worker Who Does Not Need to be Ashamed,” citing 2 Timothy Chapter 2 Verses 14–16, with an exhortation to the graduates to correctly handle the word of truth and avoid those who have departed from the truth to keep the holiness and teach the congregation faithfully.

Rev. Zhu presented graduation certificates and books to the students who made appreciation donations to the seminary.
