To urge believers to read the Bible willingly and eagerly, a church in south China’s Guangdong Province launched a series of hermeneutics courses.
On its official WeChat account on June 1, Guangxiao Church in Guangzhou said Senior Pastor Zhang Chengtao would give four lectures themed "How to Know God's Mind - Begin With Interpreting the Scriptures" every Friday evening beginning June 3.
They recommended four books, including Rick Warren's Bible Study Method and Practical Hermeneutics by Johann Y. H. Lai.
