On September 27, 2018, a public security official was invited to give a fire security lecture in Heilongjiang Theological Seminary.
In the lecture presided by Rev. Li Hongri, the speaker reminded the participants to pay attention to fire safety rules by sharing true fire cases. He also shared methods for emergency escape and contraindications.
