Zhendong Christian Church in Qingyuan County, Fushun City, Liaoning held praise services on the evening of March 13 and the following morning with the theme "Hinds' Feet in High Places."
Pastor Gen Nan presided over both services.
The format of the services was singing, sermon, and singing, which lasted for nearly two hours. In addition to the theme, both services elaborated on two points: "Serve God in front of man" and "Serve man in front of God."
Nearly 800 people attended the evening service. Brothers and sisters from rural churches joined the morning service, with around 1,000 people taking part.
The original church was known as the Qingyuan Christian Church, first built in 1933 at No. 19 Tianqiao Street, Qingyuan County. It resumed services in 1980 after the Cultural Revolution. A new church was built on the original site in June 1996, and in September 2008 the church moved to a new location, east of Baiyun Bridge, changing the name to Zhendong Christian Church of Qingyuan.
