On February 14, 2017, the Valentine's Day, Hefei Xile(meaning: Joyful) Church invites Dr. Luo Yijian to give a lecture sharing God's love. About 30 believers attend it.
The Doctor of Theology states that the love of God shows in action that he saved us with the life of his only son Jesus. Love without deeds is not love. As the children of God, we should put love into action. Never speak to those who have nothing to eat that the Lord bless you and give you enough food and clothes. "No. Don't speak with your mouth, instead, take action. Give a hand to others in their life and this is the real thing!"
He also mentions that the Chinese churches need to launches missions, which will cost much money. So it requires people who love God to act together and support missions.
Established on Nov 5, 2014, the church symbolizes as a new urban church with a congregation of fewer than 100 people.
