Jiangxi Church Welcomes Migrant Workers 'Home'

A church in Jiangxi Province, southeast China, held a Spring Festival party to welcome the migrant workers back from their workplaces.

On February 12, the third day of the Chinese New Year, Yushui Church in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, conducted a “returning home” gathering to greet the believers working in other places, reported the church.

The event began with Elder Liu Li leading the church staff in singing praise hymns. Rev. Li Yungen, chairman of Jiangxi TSPM, invited Christians who had returned from various destinations to share their experiences. They discussed difficulties and achievements of working away from home, as well as their testimony of being faithful to their beliefs while working.

After the sharing, Rev. Li exhorted believers working in remote locations to strengthen their faith, study hard, and follow God’s guidance.
