Zhongnan Theological Seminary ushered in the fall semester on September 23, coinciding with the commemoration of the 72nd anniversary of the Chinese Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM).

Due to the epidemic, following the guidelines of the higher authority, freshmen entered the school to register according to the requirements of “a letter” issued by the seminary, reported Hubei CC&TSPM. Having their temperature measured while being socially distanced, they took rapid-flow antigen tests with their health inspection checklists for seven consecutive days last week, showing health codes, itinerary codes, PCR results within 48 hours, and COVID-19 vaccination records.

After entering the school, they were required to stay in the dormitory for the first three days, with meals delivered by members of the student union.

During the next four days, they should be engaged in taking daily health checks, studying, and fetching meals to eat in the dormitory. Paying attention to their physical health in real-time, they should report if they had suspected symptoms, being the "first responsible person" for their health.
