A church in China’s south-central Hunan Province launched calligraphy and music theory courses for its members after the 2022 Spring Festival.

Chengbei Church in Changsha on March 4 said that calligraphy enthusiasts and those who want to improve their handwriting every Monday can join the penmanship class starting from February 28, which can provide spiritual comfort and care to the people with mental disorders and depression and the opportunity for elderly believers to communicate with others.

The church also invited music lovers to attend the other training programs, which cover solfeggio, music theory, vocal music course, and how to read musical notation.
