In China’s coastal Fujian Province, the staff of a Xiamen church sent 800 yuan as a Spring Festival gift to each of 13 needy families in Jiangtou Community.
Under the leadership of Li Lihui, the senior pastor of Xiamen New District Gospel Church, the pastoral co-workers and other leaders of the church went to the Jiangtou Community neighborhood in Huli District to aid the poor families on January 26. This event was one of the charity activities they participate in every year.
In addition, the church also contributes to the Huli District Charity Association every year, providing a New Year's Eve Dinner to low-income families. Through these actions, they show the love of God to the needy households in the community.
