On August 22, 2020, the Xixia District TSPM of Nanjing, China’s eastern-central coastal Jiangsu Province held a rescue training program.
A total of 65 people from the district’s places of worship attended, according to the organization.
Li Chengyong, chief of the district’s “Red Cross Society”, was invited to speak about emergency treatment and how to operate an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Then the students practiced first aid rescue in groups, instructed by three teachers from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. They practiced CPR, first aid dressing, and AED.
