The admissions exam for Nanjing Union Theological Seminary was held in Changchun in China’s coastal Jilin Province.
To reduce the flow of student traffic from other provinces because of coronavirus concerns, a new testing center was temporarily established inside the office of Jilin CC&TSPM, according to the Jilin CC&TSPM.
Rev. Chen Xihe, vice-president, vice-chairman, and secretary-general of the CC&TSPM, Rev. Hu Yuming, vice-president, vice-chairman, and deputy secretary-general of Jilin CC&TSPM, and two co-workers monitored the exam on August 27 and 28.
Before the exam, the students had to have their temperature taken and health QR, and digital travel records recorded. The desks and chairs were distanced from one another.
Two of the six students applied for undergraduate programs, while the rest applied to transfer from two-year undergraduate programs on the basis of graduating from three-year colleges.
