On January 31, 2019, a charity ministry of the Liaoning Wafangdian Church visited 10 destitute families, giving them household items, according to the church.
Wang Changsheng, an elderly man, lived in a run-down house. Wearing an old quilted jacket, the man laid huddled up in kang, a heated brick bed, common to North China. The workers of the Good Samaritan Charity Ministry helped clean his house and changed his bedding and vinyl flooring.
A sister changed Wang's clothes, making him look more energetic.
Living in a messy house, a Christian man who suffers from the consequences of a stroke has mobility problems. The visitors changed the vinyl flooring in his home and gave him new clothes, bedding, and food.
Moved by their deeds, the man said he would try to be a good Christian. His brother-in-law who dropped in on him was also moved by their actions.
