On Mar 10, 2017, the church of Yuetai Fellowship of Cili County, Zhangjiajie, Hunan, was dedicated. Costing more than 700,000 yuan, the church is located in a village of the Tujia ethnic group.
According to the website of China Ethnic and Religion, Yang Wanguang, chairman of Cili County TSPM, presided the dedication ceremony with over 200 believers and local church leaders in attendance.
It is said that the local authority approved the church construction in 1984 and the church was reconstructed in another site in 2009. Three years later, the principal part was completed. The fit-out and ancillary facility construction was accomplished in over half a year.
