Dali Bible School, founded in 1999, has trained more than 290 preachers in Yunnan. The full-time school tells CCD that it was opened to meet the urgent need of the church in the western Yunnan.
Covering about two mu with a construction area of around 2100 m2, the school faculty has twelve teachers, three of whom have earned master's degree.
The school offers basic curriculums on the Bible, theology, church history and practical theology; as well as public foundation courses on liberal arts, which include Chinese, English, music, computer skill and applied writing, accounting for 30% of the total courses. Students are allowed to graduate when they completed the required courses and pass the strict assessment.
Currently, the graduates are from 16 ethnic groups including Han, Bai, Yi, Lisu, Jingpo, Wa, Lahu, Nu, Naxi and Zhuang.
