On January 14, 2016, Tanze Church held the Dedication Ceremony in Ertang Village, Jinxian County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province.
Nanchang CCC&TSPM reports that Rev. Yao Baoshan (chairman of Nanchang CCC&TSPM), Rev. He Anping (president), Rev. Wu Xuan (deputy president and executive associate general secretary) and Zhou Min (deputy chairman, general secretary and director), the local director of Jinxian Bureau of Religious Affairs and the secretary of the local party committee attended the ceremony.
In recent years six churches has been raised in Jinxian. Yangshutang Church held the opening ceremony on January 8. 2015. Jinxian Christians dedicatd Beian Church on November 20, 2014. The rest four churches, Meizhuang Center Church, Hejiacun Church, Center Church and Zhonling Center Church were built from 2009 to 2013.
The gospel was firstly preached into Jiujiang, a prefecture-level city of Jiangxi Province, in 1867, according to the local chronicle of Nanchang. Later in Nanjing in 1894, the first church was established in 1899. Besides, the Protestant missionary Kingham founded the Christadelphians in Nanchang in 1897, and the Inland Mission came to Nanchang in 1899. Since then, the gospel was quickly preached in counties and towns of Nanchang.
