A Hungarian pastor and public writer has compiled an ebook named Christ and Calvin in China.
The nearly 170-page colorful China dossier contained 32 articles and analyses written by Dr. Lajos Békefy, Ph.D., who is also a researcher of Chinese Christianity distinguished with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary.
Upon President Xi Jinping's official visit to Hungary, the Reformed pastor said, "This little book can also be feedback that in its 170 pages we strive to give reliable, authentic, and beautiful testimony that we turn our watchful eyes not only to Paris but also to Beijing, the exciting development of Sino-Christianity, Sino-Calvinism."
"May God bless and preserve in the great Chinese people behind the Great Wall a Christianity the size of a mustard seed, but present as leaven and salt and effective, guided by His Holy Spirit, with the precious fruits of Jesus Christ's ransom of reconciliation and peace. S.D.G." he said.
