Despite the fact that survey data shows that majority of US voters support Trump, the situation of the controversial presidential candidate is not that easy as two of the most influential leader just criticize his credibility.
It did not happen before but during this American election, both powerful political leader Barack Obama and religious leader Pope Francis has leave an intriguing comment on Donald Trump.
President Barack Obama on February 17 said during a press conference in California that he continuously believe that Trump would not become a president because according to the US leader, it is a serious job and not just a talk show or reality TV show.
On the other hand, during his way back from a six-day visit to Mexico on February 18 commented to a question about how voters should react or respond to Trump's plan to expel illegal immigrants and to fortify the America's southern border with a wall, Pope Francis said that "a person who thinks only about building walls, wherever they may be, and not of building bridges, is not Christian," which has drawn attention to media, as well.
However, on the same date in the evening, Donald Trump replied to what Pope Francis had said against him.
"I don't like fighting with the pope.I like his personality; I like what he represents." Trump said during an interview at a GOP town hall.
Trump even said that he wanted to meet the Pope anytime the Pope wanted.
The pope's handler explained that Pope Francis is known for speaking out. He added that the Pope's comment was in no way directly or personally against Donald Trump or even a way to influence negatively the image of the presidentiable.
