To enhance the theological literacy and choral skills in Sunday services, a church specially invited a teacher to conduct a specialized training course on the fourfold pattern for worship.

On June 2, during the training, the experienced choir conductor Zhou Yongci explained the theological significance of each part of the fourfold worship ceremony to more than 70 choir members in Shifu Church, Guangzhou. He also provided on-site guidance to the pianists, conductors, and Bible lectors, helping them to improve their capabilities.

Conductor Zhou has studied at several well-known theological seminaries and taught at the East China Theological Seminary. He possesses teaching experience in sacred music worship rituals and choral conducting.

As the first church in Guangzhou to implement fourfold worship, Shifu Church has been practicing this worship style continuously since 2021. This training not only deepened the choir members' understanding of the theological significance of the sacraments in the fourfold worship but also further enhanced their skills.
