From Nov 17th to 18th, 2016, Shandong Jining CCC&TSPM held the "First Sunday School Teaching Qualification Training Class for Qufu Churches" in Qufu CCC&TSPM. Two preachers provided teaching guidance to teachers who participate in Sunday school ministry from churches and gatherings in Qufu City.
The trainees included church fellow workers who have yet to begin the Sunday school ministry. There were group discussions and exchange statements set up in the training to discuss the difficulties faced in Sunday school work as a group.
The purpose of the training was to the churches in Qufu to learn the importance of setting up Sunday schools, as well as to improve the teaching level and abilities of each Sunday school teacher.
According to Shandong CCC&TSPM WeChat (Chinese social media), this Sunday school teaching qualification training not only included updating concepts and equipping knowledge, but also focused on the practical methods and training of techniques. The purpose is to attract Sunday school members to come to church and like the church through different forms.
