Yanjing Theological Seminary Holds Sunday Service to Support Theological Education

October 2 this year is the theological education donation Sunday for Yanjing Theological Seminary. Rev. Xiao Barong hosted the service and Rev. Chen Yuexin preaches a sermon named 'Real in Christ'.

It is said that the board of the directors of the seminary decided to make the first Sundays of March and October each year as the theological education donation Sunday. On this special day, the church in the northwestern and northeastern China pray and give donations to the schools and dedicate all the offerings on this day to its theological education career sector. 

At the end of the service, the communion service is held and afterwards, the congregation gives prayer and blessings to the theological education sector. 

The Yanjing Theological Seminary in Beijing, the only seminary in the capital city, is one of the few Level Two institutions recruiting on a regional basis, the same as the East China Theological Seminary in Shanghai. It offers four-year undergraduate programs and also provides one-year specialized program.
