Li Jinghang, an elder from Tianshui City of Gansu Province, passed away on Sept 28 at the age of 95.
Li Jinghang was born in August,1922. He graduated from department of mathematics in Northwest Normal University . He was hired as a mathematics teacher in Tianshui No.1 middle school.
In 1957 he was classified as the Rightist, and sent to a farm for reeducation through labor. In 1960 he returned to work and continues his teaching in Tianshui No.1 middle school.
The "right wing" hat was removed in 1962 and Li was rehabilitated in 1978. In 1980 he was transferred to Gansu province Tianshui Normal University for mathematics teaching.
After his retirement in 1987, he worked full-time to serve the church. In 1994 he was awarded the title of associate professor in Gansu Province. In 1995 he was ordained as an elder in Tianshui Church.
