In Zhejiang province, the Hangzhou Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) hosted visits, garden games, and a concert to anticipate the upcoming Asian Games.

As the Games entered their 100-day countdown phase, the Hangzhou YMCA continued to carry out a range of activities focused on different themes that portray the story of the Games and promote services for the event, according to the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs.

Volunteers of the organization were mobilized to aid the local community in organizing extensive visits intended to serve the Games. They distributed Asian Games gift packages to 170 families living in the Qingnian Road area and provided guidance to people who wanted to participate in the service guarantee work for the event.

Prior to the Dragon Boat Festival, which fell on June 22, Hangzhou YWCA sent supplies to 60 households consisting of the elderly or individuals who live alone in the Qingnian Road and Wushan Road communities. Additionally, Hangzhou YWCA and the Xiaoying Street Home Care Service Center hosted a "Welcoming the Asian Games and Celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival" themed garden sports meeting. Older citizens engaged in interesting sports and fitness programs such as table tennis, stone playing, bowling, and ring toss.

Recently, the YWCA Arts Training School hosted a music recital where 19 songs expressed their wishes and anticipations for the Games.
