Installation ceremonies for two Christian venues’ heads were conducted in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
Zhongshan CC&TSPM appointed Rev. Jia Heliang as the leader for Liangdu Gathering Site and Rev. Huang Xiaodong for Dongsheng Gathering Site on May 12, according to Zhongshan CC&TSPM.
These two pastors said that while adhering to the sinicization policy and the "three-self" course of self-preaching, self-governing, and self-supporting, they would do their best to govern the church and nurture believers in accordance with God’s will.
The appointment of the responsible persons of the premises was announced and filed after they were selected and evaluated, and the relevant work has been carried out according to the "Administrative Measures for Religious Clergy."
“Zhongshan CC&TSPM has endeavored to build up a multi-level talent echelon and help pastoral workers to be proficient in classical Christian doctrines and Chinese traditional culture after training", said the municipal CC&TSPM.
