Shanghai Tushan Bay Museum was built on the original site of the Tushan Bay Orphanage which generated Tushan Bay culture. It was established by the Catholic Church in Xujiahui, which also founded a handicraft factory, that produced paintings, sculptures, prints, woodcuts, and works of metal.
