A Fujian TSPM church that recently re-opened has said that only attendees who have been vaccinated against coronavirus or who hold a PCR negative test result will be allowed to enter.

Chengguan Church in Pingtan, Fuzhou, China's southeastern-coastal Fujian Province released a notice on Monday that all in-person services and meetings would be resumed from August 30, ending the temporary closure that had been in place since Aug 8.  A previous closure took place in mid-May due to an imported asymptomatic case of COVID-19, followed by the reopening eleven days later.

People who hold proof of vaccination or a negative test result from within the past seven days are permitted to attend the church after a temperature check. Masks and social distancing are also compulsory inside the building.

Christians who fail to present either of the documents are encouraged to join the online service at home, which is how the church had been meeting during the closure.

The reopening plans of TSPM churches are subject to local governmental policies, which can vary greatly according to the specific COVID-19 control requirements. Many registered churches have already resumed face-to-face meetings.
